In light of all that is happening globally, I say ‘Je Suis Chaque Femme’ which translates ‘I Am Every Woman’. This tragic event should remind each and every one of us that we are more alike than different. The freedoms of speech, thought, and written word are essential to a fair and just society. This is a theme that so resonates with me. I like to think that I live the legacy of all the strong women that came before me. I also live the wisdom, fear and courage of all women today.
Hopefully, my life and business stand for something bigger than myself. I stand for all women (and men) to have the life where they can continue to be relevant and remarkable. A life where they have the ability to continue to make a difference in their own lives, the lives of their families, their workplace, their communities, and the world. The ability to do so in the face of your fear:
- fear of not being enough
- fear of failure
- fear of success
- fear of losing control
- fear of disapproval
FEAR – a small word that resonates so strongly is so many. You can change your relationship with fear, then move through the feelings and impact change.
